War speeches........................

The British speech : (Lt.Col Tim Collins)
"If you are ferocious in battle, remember to be magnanimous in victory. We go to liberate, not to conquer. We are entering Iraq to free a people, and the only flag that will be flown in that ancient land is their own. Don't treat them as refugees, for they are in their own country. If there are casualties of war, then remember, when they woke up and got dressed in the morning they did not plan to die this day. Allow them dignity in death.

Bury them properly and mark their graves. You will be shunned unless your conduct is of the highest, for your deeds will follow you down history. Iraq is steeped in history. It is the site of the Garden of Eden, of the Great Flood and the birth of Abraham. Tread lightly there."

The US speech : (Vice Admiral Timothy Keating)
"When the president says 'Go', look out - it's hammer time!"

I got back from work last night, and thought - shit! Haven't paid the phone bill! So I dutifully connect the phone, and call telewest customer services.
Luckily it's a free call, since I was on hold for a while.
Unluckily, I reallly needed a piss...

hmm... the cord stretches... heheh.. so I'm holding for telewest, peeing for england.

Hurrah! However, aim is an issue when holding a phone. He'll never know, but Gheez - I peed on your rug.

He peed. On your rug, dude.
Dude, he peed on your rug.

He peed on your fucking rug, dude.

Am I wrong?
Am I wrong?

No. Well then.
Dammit!!! Good news bad news kinda day. Good news: I got pocketNES working, so I now have 5 GBA games and 5 NES games on my GBA SP. Hurrah! Plus the pocketNES thingy aloows you to mess around once in the NES game itself - press L+R and you get a menu that - wait for it - allows you to save!! YAY! You can save at any time! Which is GRREEAAT, since most NES games had no save facility. Ace stuff that.

Plus Zelda is still awesome. Commuting disappears when Zelda is around - huzzah!

Bad news: doteasy (the hosts for jb.com and cj.com) is fckt. So I can't check my webmail from work. And I can't tell doteasy that it's fckt, cos doteasy.com isn't their site anymore. Someone else has bought the domain. Fckrs.

Hmm.... maybe if I try yahoo mail... and conenct to the POP server ... although yahoo is gonna be blocked by the firewall... dammit...

and cj.com isn't appearing either. so anyone wanting to contact me - use greetz! boboi!
