Drinks were had, photos were taken, peanuts were not, repeat, NOT found.

I can't say it enough times - I'm sooo feckin soorrryyy about not writing it up asap, but I was drinking. So shut the hell up.

Here's the rub, and here's my enterpretation of the night, as told by the many texts;

CN 15:43: In Yates, drinking a pint,pint,pint,pint. Got the Fiddiches in. May need to break the 30 min deadline.
CN 15:47: 15 minutes? With my asthma? I'm not sitting in the back.
CN 16:07: Just got some lunch. you get a free pint!! We're here for the duration
CN 16:11: Paul's getting the peanuts again.

In this months edition of Edge magazine there was a really small article about some dude translating all the 3D Zelda games (from N64 and Game Cube) into 2D Snes roms. I thought it was pretty cool! Now I just need someone to build a working Snes emulator for the GBA!

Brandon Tartikoff, youthful head of programming at NBC, once gave California magazine thisversion of the creation of Knight Rider: It seems he and one of his assistants were discussing the problems of casting handsome leading men in the series, because many of them can't act. Why not have a series, he mused, called "The Man of Six words," which would begin with the guy getting out of a woman's bed and saying "Thank You." Then he would chase down some villians and say "Freeze!" Finally the grateful almost-vitims would thank him, and he would murmur, "You're welcome." End of show. In between, the car could do the talking.

Diary Room is sorted and working amazingly well - and the partay's not til tomorrow! heheh...

1. A piccie like this that's updated periodically and you have to refresh in order to see it
2. a link to another page that has a live webcam.

hmm.

A-ha! Another plan - a popup window with an auto-refresh on the image, PLUS save all the images on the local machine.. HURRAAHHH!!!!
